We are going to set up a committee to delegate various duties. Please feel free to volunteer or enslave yourself in any capacity. Contact us to share any suggestions or to help out.

We need volunteers in the following areas please: Decorating, Clean up (what goes up must come down), Picking up the food for the picnic, Picking up any paper goods or extras

If anyone has outdoor canopies, you are more than welcome to bring your own to the picnic. Also, feel free to bring your own coolers with soft drinks or water if you'd like but drinks will be provided.
